| Well it also depends on the what you are able to do (ie capabilities - ie what loads you have access to) with the passwords you have. And to be honest, I just joined yesterday and am not sure if I should be directing you how to get into doing things. Could be dangerouse. Im not trying to be mean or fecsious (sorry for the spelling) I just don't want to be doing something Im not supposed to. That's all. So therefore, it might be better to call the you PBX vendor to call in and change it for you?
