We have been selling this product for the past 4 or 5 years and within the last 12-18 months it has taken off. My business has been selling telephone systems, data networks and cabling for the past 24 years. We sell only the best of breed products, Cisco, NEC Elite and 2000, 2400 series...not the cheap Nitsuko product and the Altigen. We sell the Altigen, NEC and the Cisco for different reasons. The Altigen is tough to beat if you are using call center, VoIP or CTI...it is very strong.
In the past 3 months we have sold several multiple site systems and they work flawless. Our customers are like a little cult...they love them and are happy to spread the news. We spend a lot of time designing and training the admin and end users. If you take the extra time to support them and teach them about the system...they will love it.
