You know, I think there is a difference between the two but I can't remember. I believe I had to use "Off" and point it towards my Phonemail access number to play like a "we are currently closed" listen only profile, and I think if was set to "Ext" and the Phonemail access number, the Phonemail did not receive the original ACD number when forwarded to Phonemail.
I'll have to recheck this, but I do remember having to foll around with these two conditions.
