| I can answer a few of these for you: 1) How do you have IVR ring multiple extensions simultanously? In your IVR menu you would have to setup the options. this controls the keypresses by the caller. IE: your IVR would say press 1 for sales. 2 for support etc... As far as i know, these would each need to be an IVR as well. so what you need to do is when i client presses 1, you are sending him to the "sales ivr". In the sales IVR you are setting the Dial extension to "XYZ" in the actions. Now to get to the main point you're asking about. dialing multiples. in your extension XYZ. This will need to be a Call queue Extension. Which then allows you to add multiple users to this call queue. you can also control the routing options, round robin, random, ring all etc.. 2) How do you forward at certain time extension to your cell phone (like at lunch time) automatically? I believe in the extension admin area you can do this. from your admin, go to the extension you want to configure. hit the login as this user button. then you can take care of that from in there. 4) Does anyone know that Switchvox is not comptabile with VOIP providers like: Broadvoice, IAH? Yes, i run it with Broadvoice. Works fine. if you have an account use BV's Asterisk config help information to get the details. Then in asterisk you setup a new VOIP Provider. |
