Hello everyone,

I have 7 years of Nortel MSL-100/DMS-100/SL-1 (options 11-81c) administration and maintenance experience including translations, provisioning, cutovers, conversions, testing and troubleshooting of MSL-100/DMS-100/SL-1 (options 11-81c) hardware/software and DS-1/T-1, ISDN PRI, BRI, SS7 and analog/digital circuits. Knowledgeable in Nortel Voice mail systems such as Meridian mail and Call Pilot.

I also have a basic knowledge of administration of just moves, adds and changes of the Avaya Definity G3.

All my experience has been through the US Air Force. Hopefully I can help or be helped by experienced and knowledgeable technicians.
