Magic dial plan change I am a Nortel tech who has a magic customer. Everything in programming is pretty straight forward, however, I can't change the ext of a port on the system. I think I do not have the administrative rights with the user/pw I was given. I might be wrong though, please help! I do not see a dialing or numbering plan at all. I need to change a 7000 ext to a 300 one. |
