| 'Max retrans' apear when recalling the 'DTSTATS' of an CEPT/E1 ciruit. Which is normally associated in the UK with ISDN 30. I am not extreemly well versed in MITEL PRI but i am sure this is message retransmittion in the control channels os the PRI link. Genrally speaking it doesnt cause service problems with the system (as far as my experience goes anyway) however you may want to look at the sysc'ing of the two system.
