Voicemail messages cut off
I did have a situation where we were getting the ERR3036 and ERR3037. We also had silence and were unable to access MerMail. Anyway, very long story short... we replaced the MerMail to Network card cable and performed a software reload. The cable was on the wrong port on the Network card as well as the cable needing to be replaced.
