| Voice Mail issue has improved somewhat... I went to both to make sure they didn't have call forward all and went through the #8, #6 and #5 commands to make sure they were off. I then called in from the outside and still got the "I'm sorry, I didn't hear your selection" There is one improvement tho. If the front desk girl is there and I call from the outside I CAN be transferred to either of those lines and not be dumped directly into voice mail but if I call the after hours line and ask to be transferred then I still get the "I'm sorry...." line. Hey at least I'm half way there! |
