
Thanks for all your help!!!!! issue resolve here... yes fletch your right the db in the flash seems to be corrupted... downloaded new software from nortel portal... and even ask a nortel support group which is not very helpful.......and i am very dismayed to the slow process of their action but great there are web site which i can browse and have a instant forum/chat...again thanks you all for helping us....
