| Inbound silence on PRI calls I've got an Option11C running 25.30. I've had a Bellsouth PRI installed and working fine for the past 4 years. All of a sudden, when inbound calls hit the switch, the caller isn't hearing ringback. The personnel in the office do hear the phones ring...they answer...and cannot hear anyone on the other end...nor can the caller hear them answer. They usually get through on subsequent attempts. I've reloaded the switch...no improvement. I've also verified that the problem is occurring on multiple channels on the PRI. I looked at some dchannel messages today and can't see any differences between the successful calls and the failed calls. I've had a ticket opened with Bellsouth for a week...they insist their PRI looks clean. What is my next step here? thanks in advance.... |
