I entered the the entire phone number of that fax into a common short number and entered this into the 0112 command line (diversion address) and activated 0109 (direct diversion). This didn't work, so i tried it with my phone.

I was able to set a follow me with *21*c.short.no#, but the phone kept ringing. Trying it with a "real" extension, it worked fine.

Can somebody please give some advice on how doing that, or is it simply impossible? thanks in advance!
Hi

I have done exactly the same as mentioned above and it worked for me, is your fax on another trunk?
