| CDR corrupt database in OTM If I have to re-install OTM am I going to lose all the call records I have archived? Or are they going to be OK? On the Collection side I get the following error: An error occurred while writing CDR records to the CDR database. The database may be corrupt. The Collection task was shut down. On the Costing side I get the following error: An error occurred while writhing a Cost record to the Cost table. Costing can not continue. The DAO error is: Database reached maximum size.
