I want converstion to be recorded, I have already purchased the licensed for the same thing and it is working fine. Thanks for your help.
Now i am facing problem from with Extn to Extn recording it is not automatically record the call.It is record the call manually and perfectly. but for the outside call it is automatically record the cnversation.
