Thus my confusion. None of our phones have the CLS as SFA but, calls do CFNA to another set. That is why I am questioning the interactions between features. In the examples of #2 and #4 all four of these phones are exactly the same. The TNB's show no difference in the programming other than the extensions that they point to in HUNT and FDN.
Obviously, we have had phones flow in a chain for a long time. I know that if all phones in the chain are analog the calls flow. It is when we mix device types that it seems to be an issue. That is why I was looking at the appearance on digital phones, etc.
