Avotus Intelecontrol - from what I was told in the admin class they are now offering a windows based product called Enterprise.

To echo the above comments - the Intelecontrol product is stable however dated, this come to mind everytime I'm plinking my way through a SCO Unix TE rather than working through a common app of some type.

Speaking of SCO (the base operating system for Intelecontrol) the last time I checked they have more lawyers on staff than engineers. This leads to problems when Avotus points at the OS for issues and SCO points at the hardware vendor who in turn points back at Avotus.

To the best of my knowledge the Intelecontrol product will process SMDR from SL100s but will not do any type of administration interaction - a real PITA for networks like mine where mutiple SL100s have the highest number of users and we're still doing programing changes manually.

Call tracing - Intelecontrol relies soley on CLID trace to track calls through a network of tandem sites, in some cases (ACD agents for one) the CLID isn't always accurate so an alternate dialed number and time trace would be nice.

In order to take full advantage of the Intelecontrol product one has to either have an experienced UNIX admin on staff or hire someone to take care of shell scripts and things of that nature that are outside of what one can do from the 'GUI'.
