Unhappy 2000 IPS Vs. Shoretel 6?
Hello,

Can anyone give me a good comparison of these two systems? We currently have 11 sites T1'd together with 2000IVS/IVS2/IPS, AD-64, AIMWorX 5, mostly Dterm series E phones. We are looking at expanding by 1 or 2 new systems along with the IVS upgrades.


Can anyone break these two solutions down according to advantages/disadvantages?
