| If i not mistaken such ammendments better not to change coz it actually changes all the extensions when you set the no.of rings for the divertion to voicemail. Unless you individualise them. And if i were you ask, the vendor to do it for you as it involves advanced settings. And also i last seen my seniors done them and it also requires restart of telephone systems and that will cause downtime to your telephone systems and it's definitely not recommended.
And may i know that are you using external voice mail or built it voice mail system ? Coz settings differs for 2 different kinds of voice mail. And both have different ways to configure.
