| So, what you are doing is activating call forward outside feature to that virtual extension.in this case you should check for answer supervision signal "polarity reversal signal" which should be provided by the CO line used by the V. extension to call User A in his home. Check CM3504 in yr manual.
Normally telco should provide this signal service. |
