| Basically, the operater receives a call for user A. User A is working at home two days a week. The operator needs to forward a call to user A at home. I setup a virtual extension for user A which is user A's home number or cell phone number. When the operator tries to transer a call to a virtual extension, the operator cannot release the call until someone on the other end answers. This ties up the operator and prevents the operator from answering other incoming calls. |
