Some New Changes to 2.9:- Complete MAC Interface Overhaul-- Too many feature improvements to list but here are a few:
-Auto Select LUDN, LUVU when creating a phone
-Graphical Representation of the Phone
-Quickly Edit Keys right on the picture
-Advanced Help hit F2 anywhere and we explain what feature or key is
-Key Programmer- We help you program any key
-Now Supports Phone Templates
-View Deleted TN's
-Tabbed Browsing and Selections
-Supports "Phone Upgrade" - Delete a M2008 and rebuild it as a M3903 etc.. -More Modem/SEB Support
-Support Cable and Site Data
-DID Ranges- Put them in and we tell you what is a DID and Non-DID when selecting a new number
-Search by Name, Number or DN!- (Best feature IMHO)-it is great to be able to just look up a phone by a first or last name!
- *Call Accounting Integration- Easily assign Division, Department and Cost Center to new phones...MA sends all changes to your call accounting system so no need to manually enter in the data twice
- E-mail notification to HR of Name Changes- Put in the HR contacts email so they get all name change info.
- Quick Moves- Now Simple Drop Down Menu's can let you do moves quickly
- More Reporting Options
- A Lot more......
The next release after this one will support IP connections to the PBX and a more intutive Multi-site manager.
