I am surprise at how many customers don't even know about these new phones. Most people we come in contact with don't know Nortel has these new phones out.
Nortel needs to get on a Marketing kick and push these phones to the public!
Heck, give one away for free to all you customers as a courtesy.
It would promote the notion that their system is not a "Dinosaur" and might keep Cisco at bay.
Just one free phone, not with purchase but for existing systems. |
