Cool BCM400 - removing the pre installed voice on forced disconnects and "xfer to att"

Hi

The site has BCM400 with callpilot and for the main incoming number the time of day control is active - after hours the message is played "our office hours are......" then the caller is disconnected but the system voice still says goodbye - to me this is not a biggie butthe customer does not want the synthesised computer voice !!!! how to remove and then in an auto attendant menu - if you dont make a selection the system provide the infamous " transferring to an attendant" how does one remove those pre recorded messages ? I have searched / searched and tried and everyone tells me "live with it" I have been offered a low level password to go into the HDD and manually delete / replace those voice files - but I am pretty sure thats too drastic a step anyone have another solution ?

Help !
