The error says in the SEERs, "The software encountered an unexpected problem.. Messages may not be played properly to voice pagers, or incorrect or incomplete digit strings might be transmitted to numeric pagers. ACTION: The error text and return code will identify the unexpected problem. If the error persists, contact your Nortel Networks support organization." So, your text and return codes tell us Restricted Called DN:91877*******. So, something about this number is being restricted. If it is all 877 numbers then you will need to revisit the restrictions permissions lists in MerMail.
Log in to your MerMail normally. Go to General Admin. Go to Dialing Translation. Go to Translation Table. You should have something listed here that would accommodate your dialing scheme through the PBX and these toll-free numbers.
