 Call forward to virtual extension
I am using virtual extensions to forward incoming calls to cell / home phones. the procedure works good from any phone within the office with an immediate release, but my problem is that the operator cannot release the call right away from the console. is there anyway to shorten the time the operator can release to a virtual extension?
