I didn't seen an SPN description as that something I have to manually display just like NPA. Yes I am able to dial 877 numbers with not problem. As I said I checked the restrictions and permissions for meridian mail and all of the 800 numbers are listed there yet I can't see why mermail is having so much trouble. I am still not sure how to check the audit trail and that may give me better insight since I can't seem to find anything in all the other obvious places. Basically I get a print out for every failed connection with mermail and it tell me that it had trouble and then to check the audit trail.
