The Strata DK280 is a robust little tike. As long as the battery to the CPU cards are not dead, it is safe to power down.
But when you power up again, make sure the interface cards are slotted back in exactly as you pulled them out. If you have a missing PDKU card on the left of the cabinet, the system would automatically move the ports forward by 8
