| I do not know anything about Nortel (as you can probably guess from my avatar) but are they comparable systems? The S8300 is state of the art from Avaya.
If no one here has anything for you, I would suggest contacting both vendors and explain what you are doing. Both will, of course, tell you that their system is better and both should present you with their ideas of what you need. This won't cost you anything except being nagged by sales people.
But some of the info you get should include specifications which you can compare.
Another thing to find out is, do both vendors have local techs or do they have to drive two hours to get to you if there is a problem? __________________
