| There are plenty of engineers on here that are able to help out. Myself, I was tier 2 support at a distributor (tier 1=reseller, tier 2=distribution, tier 3&4=avaya). As well as being an Avaya Certified Instructor on the IP Office. I know there are lots of level 1 engineers, a few level 2 engineers, and probably some level 3 engineers on here too.
As for business partners, it depends on what country you're in. In the UK there are too many in my opinion. There are a few excellent ones, quite a few good ones, but lots and lots of cowboys who are installing IP based telephony systems who don't even know what IP stands for! Watch out if you're an end-user as buying from one of these cowboys will bring more trouble that the cheap price of the system is worth! |
