Basic stuff first...
Is the ethernet connection good, can you ping between them?
If good, try a reboot of the 4760 server.
Has the ftp password been changed on the pbx?, If so 4760 needs modifying.
Has the PC name been changed, if so try changing it back.
Basically the there is no communication of data between the equipment at the moment. |
