 More ACD issues
BIG thanks to gwebster for the assist on the EOD timer setting. Works great!
Need to be able to "visualize" calls as they come in to the queue. What I'm looking for is something like adding 3 unique DN hunt keys to 3 3904's Just setting LHK 3 doesn't work. Our old 2250's had multiple appearances as calls came in so attendants can see calls coming in.
