Problems with IP 1120E phones We have a new site with an IP branch office installed in April 06 and we are experiencing a lot of problems with 1120E phones. The trouble being reported is incoming calls are going to handsfree and can't be answered on the handset. Changing out the set is not a big deal on digital phones but with IP we have to keep re-assigning the new MAC to the IP address. Is anyone else experiencing problems with Nortel IP phones? |
