| One of my colleagues once modified this setting. If I remember correctly, it is in NMC. Go to COnfiguration, to open configuration utility. Go to SYSTEM - TIMERS, and there should be a timer that you need. Check the documentation to find the right one, I think it should be the one for Overflow. Value should be in miliseconds, if I'm not mistaken. Sorry, but I am not at the Alcatel PC at the moment.... It affects all the system, specifying the time after which the call will be trensfered to owerflow (VM, or on FWD IF BUSY/NOT ANSWERING number). Be sure to write down the original value, just in case you'll have to restore the setting... I hope this will steer you in the right direction. |
