I am going to be helping out on a new initiative to provide some additional web functionality to the
http://nortel.com website.
Specifically, we are going to investigate the value of expanding the Web Forum tool for both internal and external use.
I would like to assemble a small focus group of web users to nail down the list of functionality, and features this new portal will have. If you are interested,

This project is just in the investigation phase, and there is no commitment that anything will come of it. We very well may decide that Forums such as this sufficiently serve the user community. It's not our intent to steal any traffic from this or any other site, we just want to evaluate the benefits of a Forum sponsored directly by Nortel.
